These terms apply to the VETS Growth Marketing consultation texts program, run by VETS Growth Marketing, a business name of Terrayn, Co.

What we send

Text messages about your growth consultation request: confirmations, scheduling, reminders and replies to questions. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.

How you sign up

You sign up by checking the text message box on our growth consultation form. The box is never checked for you, and you can request a consultation without checking it. The box reads:

I agree to receive text messages from VETS Growth Marketing at the mobile number above about my consultation request, including confirmations, scheduling, reminders and replies to questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

How often

Message frequency varies with your request and how your consultation is scheduled.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for these messages.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more. To join again, reply START or check the box on a new consultation request.

Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described in our privacy policy and will not be shared with any third parties. Our privacy policy explains how we handle the rest of your information.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we update the date at the top of this page.
