This policy explains what information VETS Growth Marketing collects through vetsgrowthmarketing.com, by phone and by text message, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. VETS Growth Marketing (“VGM”, “we”, “us”) is a business name of Terrayn, Co.

Information you give us

When you request a growth consultation, we collect:

  • your name, business name, email address and mobile phone number
  • your industry, website, number of locations and annual revenue range
  • what you want to change in the next 12 months, in your own words
  • whether you agreed to receive text messages from us

We also keep what you tell us when you call, text or email us, and the notes we take during a consultation.

Information collected when you use the site

  • How you found us. When you arrive, the site remembers the first page you landed on, the page that referred you and any advertising campaign codes in the link (such as utm_source, gclid or fbclid). These are kept in your browser’s session storage, which clears when you close the tab, and are sent to us only if you submit the consultation form.
  • Site operation and security. Our hosting provider, Microsoft Azure, records the pages requested, the time, response times, errors, browser and device type and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We use these records to keep the site working and secure.
  • A security cookie on the form. The consultation page sets one cookie that protects the form from forged submissions. It contains no personal information and is deleted when you close your browser.

How we use it

  • to reply to your request, schedule your consultation and prepare for it
  • to send the text messages you agreed to (see our SMS terms)
  • to provide our services if you become a client
  • to learn which pages and advertising campaigns bring consultation requests
  • to keep the site working and secure, and to meet our legal obligations

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that work for us: HighLevel, which runs our customer records, email and text messaging; Microsoft Azure, which hosts and monitors this site. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it, or when we need to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
  • A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or reorganized, under this policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described in our privacy policy and will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep consultation requests and client records for as long as we need them for the purposes above or as the law requires, and then delete them. Session storage clears when you close the tab.

Your choices

  • Text messages: reply STOP to any text to stop them. Reply HELP for help.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or ask us to stop.
  • Your information: you can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under state law. We answer every request, wherever you live.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. Form submissions go from our server directly to our customer records system; the address they are sent to is never exposed to your browser. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, but we limit who can see your information to the people and providers who need it.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use information we already hold, we will tell you before it takes effect.
